Orders and Payment Terms: www.hassnars.com accepts payment by credit card or debit card. The payment modes and terms are at the sole discretion of www.hassnars.com. Payment should be made once the order is accepted. Hassnar Health & Personal Care has no binding with you until the orders are accepted for delivery, and has the right to limit the order quantity, accept or refuse to ship any product to any customer for any reason or for whatsoever reason with or without any notice.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are shipped by our courier partner or postal service (SPEED-POST/ Air Parcel) and usually will be dispatched within 2 days upon confirmation of your order. The maximum delivery time within the country will be 5 days and for any other country is around 10- 15 days. In some cases, if you are not home the package will be made available at our courier partner's city office/your local post office. If you do not receive the order during this time, you should check with our courier partner's city office/your post office and also Email us to get your tracking update.
For overseas buyers, shipping charges include freight only. Products may be subject to import duties which will have to be borne by the customer.
For orders shipped through SPEED-POST, the delivery status can be checked online @ https://indiapost.gov.in/ by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email/SMS)
Orders placed after Saturday 10:00 AM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.
* The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.
** FREE SHIPPING FOR A LIMITED TIME PERIOD.
Product loss: Product loss or damage that occurs during its shipping from www.hassnars.com to the customer by the courier selected by Hassnar Health & Personal Care is its responsibility and if it is selected by the customer then it is the customer’s responsibility.
